WMP(MD) No.14865 of 2022 ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MAHENDRAPATHY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESHKUMAR, Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- The present application has been filed to condone the delay of 3286 days in filing the restoration petition in W.P(MD)No.202 of 2011.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in the support of this petition, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Siddha Centre attached to this Court.
