ORDER

The instant writ petition is filed challenging the order of suspension dated 20.01.2011 issued as against the petitioner. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the official

respondents, on instructions, submits that the order of suspension has been revoked on 14.03.2011 and the petitioner is also retired from service on 31.03.2013 and nothing remains to be further considered in this writ petition.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
