ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner has moved this Court seeking permission for conducting the petition mentioned event.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader pointed out that traditionally only two organizations have been permitted to hold the petition mentioned event. One is Hindu Munnani and the other is Hindu Makkal Katchi. The Hindu Munnani has been permitted to conduct their procession and events on 04.09.2022. The Hindu Makkal Katchi has been permitted to hold the event on 03.09.2022. The petitioner appears to be a break away faction from Hindu Makkal Katchi. The learned Additional Government Pleader points out that the state secretary of Hindu 2/4
Makkal Katchi has sent a letter stating that the petitioner has not been authorized by their organization.
4.In these circumstances, it is not open to this Court to add the burden on the respondent police. I am not inclined to grant any relief in this writ petition and it stands dismissed. No costs.
