Respondents Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to pass an order directing the Principal District Munsif Court, Pudukottai to dispose of the E.P.No.21 of 2020 in O.S.No.273 of 1998 pending on its file within a particular time frame and pass such further or other order or orders as it may deem fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case, and thus render justice.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 09/08/2023, wherein a direction was given to the Court below to dispose the E.P.No.21 of 2020 in O.S.No.273 of 1998, within a period of two months, and the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif, Pudukkottai in D.No.740 of 2023 dated.

Judge, Pudukkottai vide in letter D.No.5848/2023-A, dated 22.11.2023, this Court made the following order:

This matter is listed today under the caption for 'extension of time'.

2. It is seen from the records that this Court vide order, dated 09.08.2023, directed the learned Principal District Munsif, Pudukottai, to dispose the execution petition in E.P.No.21 of 2020 in O.S.No.273 of 1998 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. Subsequently, the learned District Munsif has submitted a requisition, dated 22.11.2023 through the learned Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai, stating that the petition is at the stage of petitioner side evidence and seeks further time for disposing of the petition. The learned District Munsif has not even specified the time required for disposing the execution petition.
