ORDER

This revision is filed to direct the District Munsif, Pudukkottai to accept the Lodgment Schedule Memo, dated 12.02.2021 in I.A.No.47 of 2019 in RCOP.No.8 of 2017, dated 11.01.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the material available on record.

3. The respondent has filed RCOP.No.8 of 2017 before the District Munsif, Pudukkottai on the ground of wilful default and he has also filed I.A.No.47 of 2019 to pay the arrears of Rs.1,01,400/- and the same was allowed. Since the respondent refused to receive the said amount the petitioner counsel deposited the said amount in the Rent Control Court and filed a copy of the Lodgment.

4. Hence, the District Munsif, Pudukkottai is directed to dispose the main RCOP.No.8 of 2017 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above observations, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
