Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SATHISH KUMAR K, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12842 of 2021 dated 09.09.2021, for producing sureties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that after getting the order copy, the petitioners have arranged the sureties, but at the last minute, one of the sureties has informed that he is not willing to give surety. Hence, the petitioner could not execute the sureties in time.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioners to comply with the order dated 09.09.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12842 of 2021.
