from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 r/w. 67(B)(a) Information Technology Act, 2000, in Crime No.261 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has shown his genital part to the child through electronic media inducing the sexual drive of child, so the defacto complainant enquired the same and verified the age of the child with her school. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any such offences as stated by the prosecution.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that a serious allegation has been made against the petitioner. He strongly objects to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the seriousness of the allegation that has been made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
