ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP(MD).No.20745 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD).No.1390 of 2025 on the file of this Court dated 09.03.2026 relating to the condition to appear before the Additional District and Sessions Court (FTC), Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. When this Court suspended the sentence, a condition was imposed by this Court that the petitioner will appear before the trial Court every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. This condition has sought to be relaxed.

4. The learned counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) on instructions submitted that the condition imposed by this Court has been complied with by the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner / appellant is directed to appear before the trial Court during the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the criminal appeal.
