To relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4776 of 2026 in Crl.A. (MD)No.429 of 2024 dated 29.04.2026 in respect of appearance of the petitioner before the Inspector of Police, Tiruppur South Police Station, Tiruppur, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4776 of 2026 in Crl.A.(MD)No.429 of 2024 dated 29.04.2026. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submits that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. In view of the above, the condition No. 7(iii) imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court, on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal. It is made clear that the other conditions remain intact.
