ORDER
The petitioners have come up with the above writ petitions seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 15.02.2016, 09.02.2016 and 15.02.2016 respectively and promote them to the post of Health Visitor when the petitioner's juniors were promoted on 12.10.2010. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
3.It is seen that the petitioners have already made representations on 15.02.2016 and 09.02.2016 before the respondents seeking for the very same relief. It is further stated that the said representations are still pending. 4.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioners, the writ petitions are disposed of, directing the first respondent to consider the representations of the petitioners dated 15.02.2016 and 09.02.2016 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
