ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 9, 10 of the Prohibition of the Child Marriage Act, 2006, and 5(i) r/w 6 of POCSO Act, in Crime No.12 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner conducted marriage between the victim girl, aged 17 years and the first accused. Hence, the complaint.

as alleged by the prosecution, but she has been falsely implicated in this case.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the statement was recorded from the victim under Section 164 Cr.P.C, in which, she has stated that without her consent, the first accused committed sexual assault on her and a forcible marriage was conducted between the victim girl and the first accused by the petitioner.
5. Considering the conduct and attitude of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Criminal Original Petition and the same is accordingly dismissed.
