The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 22.02.2016.
2. Heard Mr.H.Velavadhas, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents.
3. It is alleged by the petitioner that he is owner of the property, comprised in Survey No.171/1A of Melachockanathapuram Village, and that in the adjacent property, belonging to the Highways Department, some persons are parking heavy loaded vehicles unauthorizedly and thereby causing disturbance to him. Under such circumstances, he sent a representation, dated 22.02.2016, to the respondents by Post. Since there was no action on his representation by the respondents herein, he has filed this writ petition.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the first respondent and submit a fresh representation, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous representation dated 22.02.2016. On receipt of such representation, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
