ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.01.2016.

2. Pursuant to the notification dated 21.09.2015, the petitioner had applied for the post of Revenue Assistant. He was also called for interview on 30.11.2015. The case of the petitioner is that after interview was over, he was not given a reply as to his appointment. Hence, he sent a representation on 06.01.2016 to the respondent to consider and take action on the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same.

3. Mr.TS.Mohamed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents states that interview was conducted for one post and there were 33 applicants and one Kannan was already selected and appointed in the said post and therefore, question of considering the representation of the petitioner does not arise.

4. Recording the said statement, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
