This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to call for the records pertaining to the summons issued by the first respondent herein under Section 41 (1) and 91(1) of Cr.P.C, dated 20.08.2019 relating to C.No.SP/G3/356/18553/19, pending on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as against the petitioner.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter was already settled between the parties and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
