(Order of the Court was made by R.Vijayakumar, J.) The present Review Application has been filed by the appellants in W.A.(MD)SR.No.22129 of 2019, seeking to review the order dated 20.01.2021.

2. A perusal of the order reveals that the State had preferred a Writ Appeal challenging the order of the Writ Court in W.P.(MD)No. 13665 of 2018, dated 10.07.2018 with a delay of 338 days. This application came to be dismissed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 20.01.2021. This order is sought to be reviewed. 2/4

3. A perusal of the order of the Co-ordinate Bench reveals that the Bench was not convinced with the reasons assigned for the delay and the Bench was also of the opinion that there are no merits in the Writ Appeal.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the review applicant submits that subsequently there is change in law and therefore, the Review Application should be entertained.

5. It is trite law that change in law is not a ground for a review. We do not find any reason to interfere in the order of the Coordinate Bench in dismissing the application to condone the delay in entertaining the Writ Appeal.

6. Accordingly, the Review Application stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
