This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioners on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner in person on 12.07.2019 and 26.08.2019 respectively.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that the complaint given by the petitioners are pending for consideration and after conducting an enquiry, they will act in accordance with law.

CRL.O.P (MD) No.12115 of 2019 3.It is seen that the petitioners and respondents 4 and 5 are none other than the brothers and sisters and there is dispute regarding their shares. Therefore, the petitioners as well as the respondents 4 and 5 are directed to appear before the 3rd respondent for enquiry and the 3rd respondent shall conduct an enquiry and pass orders on the complaint given by the petitioners, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
