ORDER

This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that the request of the petitioner for issuance of Legal Heir Certificate pursuant to the representation, dated 16.06.2025 will be considered and disposed of, strictly in accordance with G.O.(Ms).No.110 of the Revenue and Disaster Management, Revenue Administration Wing, RA-3(2) Section, dated 13.03.2024.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Needless to state, before passing the order, a proper enquiry shall be conducted by the concerned Village Administrative Officer, by hearing all the persons, who are connected with the petitioner's brother deceased S.Gurusamy. No costs.
