Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.D.SHANMUGARAJA SETHUPATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crimal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD)No.6873 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2138 of 2022 on 20.06.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

CRL MP(MD) No.9812 of 2022 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.MP(MD)No.6873 of 2022 in in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2138 of 2022 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and appear before the concerned Court, on receipt of summons.
