For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.1706 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 294(b), 307, 341 and 506 (ii) of IPC seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein waylaid the defacto complainant and attacked him with sword and caused injuries. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking into consideration the fact that three previous cases are pending against the petitioner and also taking note of the fact there is no change in facts of case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6.Hence the petition stands dismissed.
