This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.60 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent police.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.60 of 2020, which was registered against the accused persons, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 120(B), 406, 506(i) of IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of two years, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, this petition.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) seeks three months time to complete the investigation and file a final report.
