PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.228 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to the judicial custody on 18.06.2022 for the alleged offence punishable under sections 302 IPC, in Crime No.228 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.On earlier occasions, considering the nature of offence, this Court dismissed the petitions seeking bail filed by the petitioner. 3.This is the third bail application of the petitioner. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in P.R.C.No.12172 of 2022 through e-filing on 15.09.2022.

5.Considering the fact that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed through e-filing, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner subject to the following conditions:

No.16652 of 2022 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
