ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the representation of the petitioner dated 20.05.2026 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had sent a representation seeking action against the third respondent who has trespassed into the petitioner's property and making life threat. However, no proper action was taken, and therefore, this petition was filed.

3. Learned Government Advocate submitted that enquiry is pending on the petitioner's representation and the same would be concluded shortly.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials before this Court. Since no adverse order is proposed to be passed against the third respondent, notice to him is dispensed with. 2/4

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the first respondent police is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2026 and conduct an enquiry in this regard, after issuing summons to the parties concerned, under Section 64 of the BNSS, and conclude the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
