ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent is not known to the petitioner on any way. He got married to one Sudha and got three children. On the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, the petitioner has been harassed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon he complaint given by the third respondent, a case in Crime No.390 of 2021 has been registered under the caption ''women missing". The third respondent is suspecting the petitioner that her wife eloped with this petitioner. Only on that ground, the petitioner is called for enquiry.

4.It is seen that the petitioner is called for enquiry in connection with Crime No.390 of 2021 only on the ground of suspicion. Therefore, it is the duty of the petitioner to co-operate with the enquiry officer to complete the enquiry. Without doing so, the petitioner has filed this petition stating that harassment is made. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry officer.
