This petition is filed seeking quashment of Crime No.10 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Sattur, Virudhunagar District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that after completion of investigation, final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sattur, and it has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.6 of 2022.

3.Since final report has been filed before the concerned Court, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. Hence, the matter has become infructuous.
