ORDER

This petition is filed to quash the order in Cr.R.P.No.67 of 2019 dated 02.11.2022 on the file of the II Additional District Judge, Thanjavur.

2. Mr.N.Tamilmani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Vadivel, learned counsel appearing for the respondent are before this Court. The petitioner and the respondent are also before this Court. Both the parties filed a Joint Compromise Memo dated 20.03.2025. This Court read over the terms of compromise. Both the parties were enquired by me and they accepted the terms of compromise. Hence, the Joint Compromise Memo is recorded.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The Joint Compromise Memo dated 20.03.2025 shall form part and parcel of the order. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 24.03.2025 NCC: Yes/No Index: Yes/No mbi 2/4
