ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute prevailing between the petitioner and the third respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents. Considering the nature of the order going to be passed in this petition, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.
3. According to the petitioner, there is a civil dispute is pending between the petitioner and the third respondent. The petitioner has given a complaint before the respondent police against the third respondent. Now under the guise of enquiry, the respondent police is harassing the petitioner. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the official respondents, on instructions would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into by the respondent police. Since the enquiry reveals that the dispute between the parties is of civil in nature, the respondent police has closed the complaint directing the parties to approach the concerned civil forum for appropriate remedy.
5. Considering the fact that the complaint lodged by the respondent police has been enquired into and closed, no further order needs to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
