ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.55 of 2022 on the file of the third respondent to any other competent Inspector of Police within the jurisdiction of Dindigul District and file final report in accordance with law under the direct supervision of the first respondent.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that during the pendency of this petition, investigation was completed in Crime No.55 of 2022 and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchathiram and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.109 of 2022.
3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court may grant liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. Further, there was life threat to the petitioner, this Court may issue a direction to the Law Enforcing Agency to give adequate police protection.

4.Considering the same, the Law Enforcing Agency is directed to ensure the protection of the witness/victim when ever she appear before the trial Court for evidence under the Witness Protection Scheme, 2018. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
