ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents 1 to 4. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the respondents 5 to 9 are dispensed with. 2.The third respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent shall put the respondents 5 to 9 before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
