O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on a complaint given by the third respondent.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the petitioner has borrowed a sum of Rs.40,000/- from the third respondent and in respect of the said transaction, the third respondent has filed a complaint before the second respondent, basing on which, the second respondent is stated to have called the petitioner and have been harassing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the third respondent. Thereby, he sought for suitable directions to the second respondent Police.

3. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents Police submits that the contention of the petitioner is totally incorrect. On receipt of the complaint from the third respondent, C.S.R.No.412 of 2023 has been given and the petitioner was summoned. On enquiry, after realizing the fact that issue between the parties is civil in nature, the complaint given by the third respondent has been closed 2/4

and the petitioner has admitted before the respondents Police that she has to pay money to the third respondent.

4. Since the complaint given by the third respondent has already been closed, no further orders can be passed in this petition.
