Prayer :- This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to call for the records pertaining to the Charge Sheet in C.C.No.159/2016 for offence u/s. 294(b), 427 and 506(ii) of IPC pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Kannyakumari District and quash the same. ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming upon for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 15.10.2019, the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil in Letter D.No.395/2021 dated 20.03.2021 and in the presence of M/s.J.Pandi Dorai, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/s.A.

Robinson, Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the 1st Respondent, this Court made the following order: This Court directed the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Kanyakumari District, to complete the trial within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14447 of 2019 on 15.10.2019. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, has sought for further extension of time of three months.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, in the letter in D.No.395/2021 dated 20.03.2021 addressed to the Registry of this Court.
