ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.164 of 2022 on the file of the third respondent to CBCID, Dindigul or any other agency and direct them to file a final report within stipulated period. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that during the pendency of this petition, investigation was completed in Crime No.164 of 2022 and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasanthur and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.230 of 2023.
