ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13684 of 2023, dated 01.08.2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation has been completed and closure report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aathur, Dindugul District as 'undetected one'. The RCS notice was also served on the defacto complainant in R.C.No.357850.
