Alleging that the order of this Court dated 18.03.2025 passed in W.P(MD) No.7199 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that in compliance with the directions issued by this Court in W.P(MD) No.7199 of 2025 dated 18.03.2025, the contemnor/Tahsildhar conducted an enquiry regarding removal of the entry 'Blocked' in Patta Nos.1385 and 2191 pertaining to the properties comprised in Survey Nos.942/1B, 942/2, 910/3 situated at Devaram Village, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District and forwarded the enquiry report to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Uthamapalayam, for removal of the said entry. The Revenue Divisional Officer has, in turn, forwarded the same to the District Collector, Theni, who is the competent authority for removal of the said entry. 3.In view of the directions having been complied with by the Contemnor/ Tahsildar, the contempt petition stands closed.
