ORDER
The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the third respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner and appoint her in the post of Cook at Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Hostel Ramanathapuram District by considering her representation dated 07.03.2016.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.G.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.
3.According to the petitioner, she had applied for the post of Cook in response to the advertisement issued by the third respondent. The petitioner had also registered her name in the Employment Exchange on 26.12.1996. The third respondent had called for certificate verification on 10.02.2016 and the testimonials of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the petitioner were also verified. Since, there is no response from the respondents, the petitioner has given a representation on 07.03.2016 to consider the claim of the petitioner to appoint her as cook in Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Hostel Ramanathapuram District which is still pending. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.
4.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.03.2016 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)No.5014 of 2016 is closed.
