ORDER

The petitioner is having a dispute with 5th respondent that he has encroached upon the petitioner's land. With the similar allegation a complaint is lodged against the petitioner by the 5th respondent. Therefore the petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police are interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that based on the complaint of the 5th respondent, an enquiry was conducted in CSR No.213 of 2025 dated 02.07.2025 and they found it is a civil dispute. Therefore they advised the parties to workout their remedy before the civil court. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate, this criminal original petition is closed. The petitioner shall work out the remedy before the civil court and the respondent police shall not interfere with the civil dispute.
