ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court that the order of this Court in WP.(MD)No.1399 of 2025 dated 21.03.2025, has not been complied with.

2.The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that as against the order passed in WP. (MD)No.1399 of 2025, a writ appeal has been filed in WA.(MD)No. 2706 of 2025 and the same was dismissed, by a judgment dated 07.01.2025. However, the Division Bench while rejecting the writ appeal has permitted the respondents to disburse the benefits to the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from 07.01.2026. 3.Since the Division Bench has granted time to the respondents, this contempt petition is closed with a direction to ensure that the 2/4

benefits are paid as directed by the Division Bench. In the event, if the respondents are not complying with the same, the petitioner is at liberty to restore this contempt petition.
