ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the respondent police not to harass him under the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that the 3rd respondent has lodged a complaint against the petitioner that he has retained her jewels. Therefore, they have conducted an enquiry and it is found that an application for mutual divorce before the Family Court is filed. Therefore they have closed the complaint.
