ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 05.02.2021 in W.P(MD)No.2079 of 2021. In the said writ petition, this Court has directed the first respondent to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law based upon the petitioner's representation. It is brought to the notice of the Court that the first respondent has passed an order on 09.11.2023, rejecting the request of the writ petitioner and a copy has been served upon the writ petitioner.

2. In view of the above said facts, the order in the writ petition has already been complied with. This contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order, dated 09.11.2023, if he is so advised. 15.11.2023 2/4
