The petitioner with an allegation that the orders of this Court in WP.(MD)No.26286 of 2024 dated 06.03.2025 has not been complied with, has filed this contempt petition.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent Police has conducted enquiry and closed the complaint of the petitioner, on 07.04.2025. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this contempt petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
