ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the accused No.5 in S.C.No.31 of 2025, on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram, seeking to quash the charge sheet wherein the petitioner is charged with the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 324, 307, 506(2) and 120-B of IPC.

2. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet. With regard to other accused persons, the charge-sheet was quashed in Crl.O.P.No.11749 of 2026 on 04.03.2025.

3. Today, the defacto complainant is present in-person and he acknowledges the fact that he had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet.

4. Considering the above said facts, charge sheet in S.C.No.31 of 2025, on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram, is hereby quashed.
