ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for Lower Court" and upon perusing the earlier orders of this court dated 23.12.2020 and 26.07.2021 and the reuistition letter submitted by the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial cases under POCSO Act, Sivagangai (Holding Full Additional Charge as Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court Sivagangai) in D.NO. 496/2023, dated 03.08.2023 seeking further extension of Six months time to dispose of the case in S.C.No.48 of 2016, this Court made the following order:

"This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose the case in S.C.No.48 of 2016.

2.This Court, by an order dated 23.12.2020 directed the Court below to dispose of the case in S.C.No.48 of 2016 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now the Court below seeks further time to dispose of the said case.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 4.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, six months time is granted for disposing the case in S.C.No.48 of 2016.
