ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the 4th respondent to issue patta in the name of Arulmigu Egamparasivan Temple situate in Survey No.174/2 to an extent of 90 cents of land at Regunathapuram Village, Keelakarai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by way of considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2024.

2. This Court is informed that there is already a suit pending between the petitioner herein and one Athimuthu in O.S.No.217 of 2021 on the file of the Sub-Court, Ramanathapuram with reference to the very same property.

3. In the light of the above fact, the request as sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition cannot be granted.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the writ petitioner to revive the writ petition, once he succeeds in the suit. No costs.
