2. The respondents in the writ petition have preferred Writ Appeal in W.A.(MD) No.2550 of 2024. The Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court was pleased to grant interim orders on 27.03.2025. 2/4

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same, depending upon the outcome of the writ appeal.
