PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to withdraw the case in C.C.No.10 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Natham, Dindigul District and transfer to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai. For Petitioner : M/s.C.Mayilvahana Rajendran For Respondent : M/s.S.Karthick Ramkumar

ORDER

The petition has been filed seeking transfer of C.C.No.10 of 2020 from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham, Dindigul District to the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai.

2.The case of the petitioner is that he is the complainant and lodged a compliant for the offence under Sections 138 and 142 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, as against the respondent. 3.Both the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent stated that the petitioner as well as the respondent are residing at Madurai and particularly, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent stated that he has no objection to transfer the case to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai. 4.In view of the above, C.C.No.10 of 2020, hereby is directed to withdraw from the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham Dindigul District and transfer the same to the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai. On receipt of the entire bundle from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham, Dindigul District, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai, is directed to dispose of the complaint within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the entire bundle.
