ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to conduct survey of the property situated in Survey No.77/3A, 77/6A, and 79/1D, at Suriyur Village, Virallimalai Taluk, Pudukkottai District, by considering his representation, dated 18.03.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, the subject property is the ancestral property and the patta stands in the names of the petitioner and his siblings. He submitted a representation before the respondents on 18.03.2025, seeking survey of the land. The same has not been considered. Hence, he has come before this Court.

3. Additional Government Pleader, appearing for respondents 1 to 3, would submit that the petitioner has not filed any online application and, as such, his representation has not been considered.

4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to produce acknowledgement for submission of online application before the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On production of such acknowledgement, the second respondent shall consider the application of the petitioner and pass final orders on its own merits within a further period of eight weeks, after issuing notice to petitioner, co-pattadars, neighbouring land owners, and other interested parties.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 07.07.2025 NCC :
