Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. PRABHAHARAN.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD) No.8970 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6994 of 2023 on 26.06.2023. 1/3
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly, investigation has been completed, final report has been filed in P.R.C. No.21 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakkottai.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.8970 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6994 of 2023 on 26.06.2023 is relaxed and since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned committal Court on receipt of summons.
