ORDER
Though the petitioner challenges the impugned order passed by the first respondent the District Revenue Officer in Na.Ka.No.9656/2018/A4, dated 17.07.2019, it is brought to my notice that the fourth respondent has filed a civil suit in O.S.No.38 of 2025 before the Principal Sub Court, Dindigul. The impugned order was also to the effect directing either the petitioner or the fourth to redress their grievance before the competent Civil Court. In view of the fact that the substantive suit has been laid by the fourth respondent, the parties shall work out their respective relief in the pending suit. No further orders are required to pass in this writ petition.
