The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the interim order of this Court passed in W.M.P.(MD) No. 11752 of 2025 in WP(MD) No. 15531 of 2025, dated 06.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court passed in W.M.P.(MD) No.11752 of 2025 in WP(MD) No. 15531 of 2025, dated 06.06.2025 has been complied with. He has also produced the proceedings issued by the respondent in Letter No.PaApa1/12461/2025 dated 01.07.2025.
