This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioners' life and limb from the respondents 3 to 5.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) for the official respondents.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioners, First Information Report in Crime No.637 of 2020 dated 20.12.2020 has been registered, against 3 accused persons/the respondents 3 to 5 herein, under Sections 294(b),323, 427 & 506(ii) IPC.
