ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent should not be given patta for the petition mentioned 11⁄2 cents. The petitioner has already given a revision before the first respondent and it is said to be pending. It is open to the petitioner to move the first respondent for interim relief. In the alternative, the petitioner has given objection to the third respondent also. When the third respondent considers the application of the fourth respondent, the objection given by the petitioner will be taken into account. Whatever be the order passed by the third respondent, it shall be communicated to the petitioner immediately so that the petitioner can workout their remedy in the manner known to law. 2/4

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
